Off Market Information:  I am the founder and creator behind South Bay  'E-Networking' with over 300 local, active real estate agents members from all different real estate companies.   It is a forum where off-market information is shared including homes soon to come on the market or that won't be going on the market but are for sale, or buyer needs.   I personally format and send an email with this information (usually daily) as information becomes available.   It has been very well received in the real estate community and a way I keep close watch on area market activity.  I started the group because I felt the Internet had taken off in real estate but our local community lacked the ability to network to more fully help area buyers and sellers.  We didn't have a way to reach each other in mass, and now we do thanks to the 'E-Networking' group I created and maintain.  I'm happy to share the enormous benefits of this networking  with my buyers & sellers as well.

A Bit About Me: 

Rachel Judson:  For nearly 20 years I have been helping Beach & South Bay area buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  I take great pride in personal service and am happy to provide references from my numerous very satisfied clients.  My primary source of business is not ads or open houses but referrals from past clients and I think that speaks highly of the type of service I provide. 

In the early 1990s my husband and I moved to the area 'temporarily' right after graduating from Michigan State University.  We fell in love with the area and have lived within 2 square miles of our 1st apartment in Hermosa Beach for nearly 20 years now.  When I'm not selling real estate you'll find me enjoying sunny California running on The Strand where I've trained for 15 marathons I've run, hiking in Palos Verdes or Malibu, in a yoga class, or taking a stroll with my high school sweetheart husband TJ and rescue dog Huey.  I feel incredibly fortunate to live in a community that I love and have great passion in helping others with their personal dreams of living by the beach.
